Are you dealing with pain, tension, or physical or emotional blockages?
I offer a comprehensive hands-on therapeutic approach to relieve pain, restore mobility, and support lasting well-being.
As a bonesetter (rebouteux practitioner) and ASCA-recognized therapeutic massage practitioner in Geneva, I use a personalized hands-on approach to relieve muscular, joint, and visceral pain, while also taking into account the impact of stress and emotions on the body.
My approach is based on three complementary goals:
-
Relieving pain through targeted hands-on work on muscles, fascia, joints, and certain visceral tensions.
-
Restoring mobility by helping the body release areas of restriction and recover a more balanced function.
-
Taking the emotional dimension into account when stress, nervous fatigue, or internal tension are expressed through the body, especially in the abdomen, breathing, or digestive system.
Then I can explore the connection between physical and emotional disorders to promote better overall health.
During the first session, we take time to assess your pain, tension patterns, and overall condition in order to define the approach best suited to your needs.
My goal is to provide precise, personalized care that matches your current condition.
Personalized care tailored to your body and your needs
Each session combines different hands-on techniques selected according to your condition: muscular tension, joint pain, mobility restrictions, physical stress, or nervous fatigue.
The goal is not to apply a standard protocol, but to create a treatment that is fully tailored to what your body truly needs.

Oil massage on table
Oil massage on the table allows for both deep and soothing work, promoting muscular release, nervous system relaxation, and better body awareness.
The treatment can be adapted to your comfort, especially if certain positions are difficult for you to maintain.

Personalized massages
The first session begins with an in-depth discussion about your pain, history, and needs.
This assessment allows me to tailor the treatment precisely and select the techniques most relevant to your situation.

Bonesetting benefits
Bonesetting offer a comprehensive hands-on approach to pain and bodily tension.
This work targets muscles, fascia, joints, and certain mobility restrictions in order to encourage deep release and improved physical comfort.
Depending on your situation, the treatment may help reduce accumulated tension, improve mobility, support breathing, and promote lasting relaxation.
It is suitable both for people with localized pain and for those experiencing more diffuse physical fatigue related to stress or daily overload.

Reboutement (Traditional Bone-setting Therapy)
Reboutement is a traditional manual therapy that I practice through precise, deep, and tailored techniques. It works on muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, and sometimes internal organs, with the goal of releasing tension, correcting imbalances, and restoring mobility.
This approach goes far beyond massage: it is an art of unlocking what is stuck, realigning the body as a whole, and reactivating its natural self-healing abilities. Reboutement provides effective relief from pain, improves joint mobility, and enhances overall physical well-being.
Hakim Massage
Hakim massage, also referred to in some traditions as Breuss massage, is a gentle, slow, and deeply relaxing back treatment.
It aims to release tension along the spine, calm the nervous system, and provide a sense of lengthening, grounding, and deep relaxation.
Massage sectoriel
Californian Massage
Fluid and enveloping oil massage linking all areas of the body together. Practiced on the massage table.
Chi Nei Tsang ®
Chi Nei Tsang is a Taoist-inspired abdominal massage focused on the belly area, which is often involved in stress, internal tension, and certain digestive discomforts.
This gentle yet deep work may support abdominal release, freer breathing, and greater awareness of emotional tension held in the body.
Craniosacral massage
Craniosacral work is a gentle approach intended to calm the nervous system and release certain tensions in the head, neck, back, and sacral area.
It may be especially appropriate when the body needs calm, regulation, and a subtle touch oriented toward deep release.
Korean Relaxation
It allows an overall relaxation of the body, a release of the breath (involuntary sigh), a letting go of tensions. The different vibrations spread in waves of relaxation, directly inviting all parts of the body to let go. Each body segment is mobilized with presence and delicacy, through rhythms, movements forming a whole.
Anti-stress massage
Specific massage of stress areas through clothing: back, trapezius, neck and arms.
Contraindications and precautions
Some situations require postponing the session or seeking prior medical advice, especially in cases of:
-
fever or ongoing infection,
-
contagious infectious disease,
-
active skin infection,
-
severe unstable heart failure,

Bone-setting massage
Bone-setting massage is a combination of deep tissue massage techniques performed on muscles, tendons and ligaments, various joint manipulations and mobilizations and visceral massages, aimed at removing blockages and physical limitations. Thanks to the bone-setting massage, you will find the amplitude of your movements, your tensions and pains will be relieved, your body will find a natural balance, its self-healing capacities and a better comfort of being.
Chi Nei Tsang®
Chi Nei Tsang (energetic massage of the internal organs) is a therapeutic massage that has its roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her powerful techniques apply around the navel and in the abdominal region where stress, tension and negative emotions accumulate over the years. Unlike other massages, Chi Nei Tsang works directly on your organs, detoxifying and strengthening them, giving you a new sense of well-being and a fast track to regaining a state of overall health.
Hakim massage
Also called Breuss massage or Dervish massage, this therapeutic back massage comes from Dervish medicine, practiced for millennia in the brotherhoods of the Samara Valley. This gentle and energetic massage with St. John's wort oil not only leads to the regeneration of the spine and intervertebral discs, but also allows an improvement in the functioning of all the organs of the body as well as the release of psychic tensions. The massage gently stretches the spine and releases physical and psychological tension. It has the effect of detoxifying the body cluttered with toxins related to slowed or blocked functions. This detoxification is done in an energetic, blood, immune and lymphatic way.
Craniosacral massage
It is a therapeutic massage technique that aims to relax tension in the head, neck and back using gentle pressure and precise movements. It is particularly beneficial for relieving headaches, neck pain, memory problems and sleep disturbances. It helps to improve the flexibility and mobility of the spine, as well as to strengthen the immune system. Its gentle and non-invasive approach is particularly suitable for people suffering from stress, anxiety and depression. It helps reduce symptoms of fibromyalgia, asthma, and eczema. It is also ideal for people looking to relax and rejuvenate. It allows you to reconnect with your body and mind, and to free yourself from tensions and emotional blockages.

The effects of therapeutic bodywork
Strengthen the immune system
The massage stimulates the circulation of the lymph through the body and helps the proper functioning of the immune system, thus strengthening its defense action against organisms, bacteria and viruses. The body is better prepared to protect itself against disease and your general health is improved. By acting on the nervous system, massage therapy has a positive impact on the whole body, both physically and mentally.
Massage therapy is a natural method. Although sometimes several sessions are necessary and the effects can be felt afterwards, a good massage will really benefit your overall health.
Ease the pain
Working on muscles, fascia, and joints helps release tension and may reduce certain chronic or functional pain patterns.
It contributes to improved physical comfort and better movement quality in daily life.
Reduce stress
Massage therapy influences the nervous system and promotes the production of endorphin, dopamine and serotonin. It reduces stress, promotes good mood and helps fight against depression.
Improve sleep
By playing on the nervous system, massage will soothe your body mentally and physically, release tension, and help regulate your natural cycle for deeper and more comfortable sleep.
Facilitate blood circulation
The pressure points induced by the massage on the blood system help to promote its circulation. Good blood circulation helps restore energy to the body, promotes the elimination of toxins and gives it better tonicity while preventing cardiovascular disease.
