By booking a service at Sollus, the client agrees to provide truthful information about their health and needs, so that the sessions can be safely adapted. Sollus reserves the right to refuse a service if the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.
4. Reservation and Cancellation Policy
A reservation and cancellation policy is applied to ensure optimal organization and respect for our time and that of our clients.
- Reservations: Clients can book an appointment up to 24 hours in advance and up to six weeks ahead.
- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time. After this period, a late cancellation or absence will result in a cancellation fee equal to the price of the reserved session.
- Payment: Payment is made at the end of each session, preferably in cash.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sollus strives to provide quality service but cannot be held responsible for side effects or pain experienced after a session. Each individual reacts differently to treatments, and it is important to follow the recommendations provided after each session.
